I'd recommend the European ISO since it's the same exact game and it doesn't have the frame rate issue or the crash issue. I haven't seen it crash because I haven't played it very much, though I plan on testing it further in the coming days.
Overall, it's less enjoyable and seems to have a history of crashing for other people.
